Cultural Diversity Travel Scholarship Winners:
- Rachel DeWilde is a sophomore at the University of Alaska Fairbanks working towards a B.S. in Biology. Her research interests have been primarily with population genetics of Alaska Blackfish.
- Leslie Jensen is a recent graduate from the University of Washington, and is an intern at the Aquatic Restoration and Research Institute in Talkeetna.
- Theresa Floyd is a Master’s student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Her research focuses on the physiological effects of Ichthyophonus on Chinook salmon and the consequences of parental infection on hatching success and offspring survival in the Salcha River.
